Nowadays, China leads the global economy to develop. After last global economy crisis, China became the focus of the world, not only survive from the crisis, but also leads the little countries around it to recover. The Chinese government issued series of policies to help minor enterprises to develop, which provides great opportunity for these companies to develop but also brings them lots of challenges and risks. The competition is fierce, if a company can't own its own core-competiveness, it will become a loser in the competition. Of all the core-competiveness, human resource is the most important one. Only if a company could optimally allocate its human resources, it can gain the power for development. And the way to help staffs to grow is to provide useful training to them to help them contribute more for the company's boom.This article firstly bases on the background of internal management process of BPO industries, describes vividly the actual cases in F Company's training management system. Then, the writer refers to the theories and knowledge she learnt in MBA classes to analyze the reasons of the failure of training system, such as incomplete training plan, unprofessional trainers, lack of training budget, unprofitable training result etc. Training plays important role in the capability growth of individual so that the development of a company. If the training is long-term unprofitable, the risk F Company faces is not only the lack of capability of staffs but also the failure in the survival of the fierce competition. Hence, lastly the writer raises some solutions and proposals to solve the problems F Company faces such as scientific training plan, professional trainer, sufficient training budget and training evaluation system.This article can not only help F Company to solve problems in staff training management, but also provide reference to the other privately operated BPO companies to deal with similar problems.
