Research Of BF Company Supplier's Management

In the 21st century,with the deepening of economic globalization,market competition has become increasingly intense,so that managers pay more attention to supply chain management.Suppliers are at the forefront of the supply chain and are responsible for a range of tasks ranging from raw material sourcing,product manufacturing and product distribution,and largely determine the overall performance of the supply chain.However,in the traditional enterprise management,most enterprises consider themselves and other enterprises are independent,so compete with them and lead to excessive emphasis on cost control.With the passage of time and market changes,some advanced enterprises began to realize that the traditional concept is wrong,and began to pay attention to the relationship with suppliers,and actively carry out supplier management.With the perspective of win-win,enterprises will obtain the support and cooperation of suppliers,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper studies the supplier management of BF company and puts forward the improvement plan.First of all,this paper studies the theories of supply chain and supplier management.Then,this paper describes the status of BF company suppliers management.Finally,according to the problems existing in the management of BF's supplier,the improvement plan is put forward.The improvement scheme is focused on the classification of supplier management of BF company,and the supplier selection and evaluation are systematically studied on the basis of classification.Through this study,we hope to improve the overall level of BF supplier management,reduce the cost of procurement,and ultimately enhance the level of corporate profits and enhance competitiveness.
