| Urbanization is a kind of social progress,with the economic development,social progress of a population to the city gathering,the proportion of the first industry decline,people's lifestyles,habits and ideas of the integrated,dynamic phenomenon is a manifestation of social progress.China's urbanization rate since the "reform and opening" with the rapid growth of the urban population ratio increased,significantly in the number of urbanization continue to have new breakthroughs,and maintain a strong growth momentum.Followed by a series of social problems caused by urbanization,but also these problems gradually began to expose,and in recent years was blowout outbreak.China's"Eleventh Five-Year Plan" will be included in the new urbanization in the ranks of important national development strategy,since the study of urbanization around the cause of domestic and foreign scholars attention,especially in the "thirteen five plan",with particular emphasis on the new urbanization is the core of people-oriented,highlighting the urbanization,research focus shifted from urbanization to urbanization quality improvement.On the basis of reading and referring to a large number of relevant literatures and writings,this study has a certain understanding and understanding of the connotation of urbanization and urbanization quality.The domestic and foreign scholars have studied the small-scale spatial region and large-scale time series rarely.And the research on the quality of urbanization in China is more concentrated in the southeast coastal or large city and large citie-zones,so this study is located in the northwest region of along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia as a research area.Along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia area of 28,700 square kilometers,the land area of Ningxia region accounted for 43.2%of the land area,focusing on the region's 65.8%of the population and 90.5%of the urban population,along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia of urbanization rate was representative the highest level of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and the quality of urbanization also has a certain level of representation.Based on the unique location and urbanization development of along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia,this paper chooses the five subsystems which are relevant to the quality of urbanization and the five subsystems which are closely related to the quality of urbanization.In this paper,35 evaluation indexes,construct the evaluation index system,empower the index by entropy weight method,and then use the comprehensive index method to measure each city,and finally through ArcGis10.0,use the manual classification method to study the urbanization quality of the city higher,high,medium,low,lower quintile classification,analysis of its 15 years of temporal and spatial evolution characteristics.The study of the time scale span of 15 years,selected four "national five-year plan" ending year 2000,2005,2010 and 2015 as time nodes,with along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia of 10 cities dimensional scale for small scale studies.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2000 to 2015,the overall level of urbanization in along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia has been continuously improved.The average score in 2000 is divided into 0.28354,2005 average score is divided into 0.318805,2010 average score is 0.366113,2015 average score is divided into 0.478684 average,and keep the continuous rise trend gradually.(2)From 2000 to 2015,the absolute difference in the comprehensive score of urbanization between the along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia showed a gradual trend,and the relative difference showed a trend of gradually decreasing.Means,that the overall quality of urbanization at the same time,there is a non-balanced development of the region,the resources began to gradually to the basic conditions of the city gathered,but this gap is gradually narrowing.(3)The five subsystems of the index system,namely:population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization,human settlements and infrastructure construction,have a positive effect on the quality of urbanization along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia.The living environment subsystem has an increasingly important role in the quality of urbanization,but the ecological livable environment construction and economic development still exist between the inevitable conflict,so we need to continue to explore a economic development and environmental protection "win-win"development model.(4)The development of urbanization quality has a significant "trickle-down effect".The development of big cities(capital or prefecture-level cities)will have a significant impact on the surrounding small-counties.In the early stages of development,there will be a variety of resources in the surrounding small cities,The role of various factors of production to attract large cities,but the development of the late,began to show a clear "trickle effect",all kinds of production resources began to spread to the surrounding small cities,thus driving the development and progress of small cities.Yinchuan City,Shizuishan City,Lee Tong District and Shapotou District of urbanization quality development process,the focus can be turned to the wisdom of the city,the ecological city of soft power to build,to further enhance the proportion of the tertiary industry,pay attention to the comprehensive development of people,but such as Pingluo County,Lingwu City,Yongning County,Zhongning County,Helan County and other small cities need to further under the premise of environmental protection,continue to vigorously develop the economy,enhance the economic level,improve the social security system,reasonable to undertake industrial transfer,transformation and upgrading,play regional advantages and characteristics,enhance the city's comprehensive competitiveness and residents of happiness.(5)The overall level of urbanization quality of 10 cities along the yellow-river city zone in Ningxia shows the distribution trend of "north high south low".(6)2010 urbanization quality comprehensive score and the growth rate of the subsystems have slowed down.Finally,according to the conclusion,this paper puts forward a constructive and pertinent countermeasure to the urbanization quality of the city-zone along the Yellow River in Ningxia. |
