On the base of <the development planning of the efficientecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta>, the article think the research ofYellow River Delta’s ecological–economic zone should focus on3parts: by the planof Yellow River Delta’s ecological city groups to lead the build, by the design ofenvironment policy to hang on the develop system, by the city’s prosperity to promoteconstruction connotation, and set the practical and feasible countermeasure andsuggestion.City, as the important compose in the ecological-economic zone, is the maincarrier of human habitation, and is the place where the conflict between human andnature most outstanding, so we should consider this problem when research andpractice construction during the zone, by studying city’s development to achieve thesustainable development. Ecological urban agglomeration planning would play theleading role for the zone’s construction and development. Yellow River Delta’s surban agglomeration planning should follow principles as:life, beauty and fair;balance between human and nature; overall harmonious, and finally to realize theecological urban agglomeration’s develop and construction by the followingways:settle the main city’s function, formulate the develop strategy, build the greentransportation system, set up new industry system, three-dimensional ecological urbanagglomeration and ecological construction design, the construction’s regionalcoordination mechanism planning, design of new pattern in order to reach thebalanced development of urban and rural areas.As the system guarantee for the ecological-economic zone, Environmentalpolicies is the most important factor whether the environment protection and economygrowth would be compatible, as well,have a significant impact on innovation anddevelopment of technology, different policies lead to various effect, so the rightenvironmental policies would bring benign effects.
