Research On Regional Economic Disparity And Coordinated Development Of Economic Zone Along The Yellow River In Ningxia

The diversity of region economy is a common problem which has a close relation with the coordination development of social economy.Our country proposed that how to reduce the economy differences in western area—Ningxia,and discuss the countermeasure of coordinated regional economic development are the significant components of sustainable development in Ningxia under the conditions in making overall development and building a well-off society in an all-around way.Otherwise,economic area along the Yellow River is not only an important component of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,but it is projected by China’s corpus function area among the eighteen national key development area.Therefore,the regional economy difference question concerns a leap in economy and overall development of the whole area in Ningxia,and become the most urgent problem for researching and solving.With the purpose of enrich the theory and practical of the area differences and the coordinated development of regional economy which helps the coordinated development in Ningxia,the object of study in this dissertation is Ningxia’s economic area along the Yellow River,the researcher analyzes the regional differences of study object in spatial and temporal characteristics and the influence factors by using the theoretical method of economic geography and regional economics,main results for this study are as follows:（1）The researcher measured and calculated the absolute difference of per capita GDP of the economic area along the Yellow River in Ningxia through using the range and standard deviation during the period of 2005—2015,and found that the gradually increasing in absolute difference of the economic area along the Yellow River.It reveals that the physical variance of regional economic development is constantly widening.On the other hand,the researcher measured and calculated the relative difference through using the coefficient of variation and gin coefficient,and found that the amplitude of variation explored the different trends of changes in different stages during the year of 2005—2015,the relative differences of the economy area along the Yellow River in Ningxia was trending downward in wave mode,it indicates that the rate of economic growth in this area was also trending downward.（2）Considering from the spatial characteristic,the overall economic differences of each economic area along the Yellow River in Ningxia present the trend of“increasing-decreasing-increasing"during the year of 2005—2015.Since 2005,except Yinchuan and Shizuishan which kept the hot spot and the secondary hot spot region in Ningxia,the unsteady changeable trends were presented in other area,but the hot spot regions were concentrate toward to Yinchuan.Moreover,during the year of 2005-2015,the north of Yinchuan became the region with rapid economic development and had the trend to move to the north area.Instead,most region with low speed economic development distributed in the region south of Yinchuan,and economy were relatively backward.In general,the hot spot regions with economic development were dispersedly distributed mainly over Yinchuan and around counties,the regional economic development exists differences in speed,and expresses the obviously characteristic such as non-equilibrium.（3）Analyzing the strength level of economic ties from city to city in the economic region along the Yellow River in the regional economic interaction way.There had the obviously differences in the space distribution of the strength of economic ties,and formed a concentric circle which made Yinchuan as a core.The "concentric circle" covered two circles,at the first circle,as the center city,Yinchuan was formed the core circle of regional economic interaction along the Yellow River,and it had the close relation with the around counties like Helan and Yongning.The second circle was periphery which consist of Shizuishan,Pingluo,Wuzhong,Zhongwei and so on.The periphery had some extend of economic relations with the neighbor regions in the core circle.（4）There is a large difference according to the analysis of degree of the urban flow among the cities in the economic area along the Yellow River in Ningxia,the main expression is that the space distribution are lower in the south and higher in the north.During the year of 2005₂015,the degree of the urban flow increased differently,Yinchuan is the high intensity of urban flow city,next are Shizuishan,Lingwu,Wuzhong,Qingtongxia and Zhongwei,the low intensity of urban flow city includes Yongning,Helan,Pingluo and Zhongning.Among these cities,the feature of the urban flow degree in Yinchuan is that the economic capability of the city is larger than the urban flow tendency,they are in an unharmonious relationship.Therefore,from the perspective of sustainable development,multi-level integrated service capabilities should be strengthened in Yinchuan.Excepting Yinchuan,the urban flow tendency is larger than the city’s overall strength in some medium and low urban flow cities such as Helan and Qingtongxia.These cities play their comprehensive service ability as well as improve their comprehensive strengthen.（5）The dissertation proposed four countermeasures to decrease the regional economic development differences and achieve harmonious development in the economic region along the Yellow River in Ningxia.Fist of all,strengthening regional economic cooperation to promote the free flowing of the productive elements.Next,we will continue to follow a new path of industrialization,concentrating on upgrading the industrial structure.Then,optimizing the overall layout of regional economy,making the city circle which revolve around Yinchuan and promoting its economic development.In the end,perfecting infrastructure construction,building uniform household register,employment,education and social security system,promoting the process of urban-rural integration,and realizing coordinated development of urban and rural economy.
