Human resource planning is an important basic work of human resource management in Enterprises, and it is the starting point and is expected to achieve the goal of human resource management. The scientific human resource planning is not only the effective implementation of enterprise strategy and implement assurance, but also provides guidance and basis for human resource management activities. Human resource planning of many enterprises in our country is still at the stage of starting and experience, how to use scientific methods to develop planning, how to predict the supply and demand of human resource of enterprises, and how to ensure business activities carried out smoothly and the strategic target realization, it is an important and meaningful work.This article first carries on the analysis from the modern status of the company, this paper analyze the status of development, organizational structure and human resource situation, and analyze on existence and reason of problem of human resource planning, and combined with the strategy of company for next five years and human resource situation, use the ways of manager judgment and staff ratio to analyze the personnel demand of various departments of company, and gives a comprehensive end on the total demand of human resource for next five years of company. And then applies the personnel replacement model for different divisions of inner and outer part of company, to know the situation on the total human resource supply of the company. On the basis, the company establishes human resource planning for the next five years, and further a series of human resource planning implement measures, to ensure that the practice of human resource planning can get real.Planning enforcement can guarantee human resource management work orderly, to find and solve the problems in the process of human resource management, can make the company have the appropriate human resource at the appropriate time, in this way can company create and maintain the core competitiveness, can win the competitive advantage, and finally realizes enterprise strategic objectives.
