Quality Management Research Of SC Company Longitudinal Rail Change Wagon Manufacturing Project

Chinese rolling stock companies have experienced movement, transformation,reconstruction and other processes, it sharply increases their ability to contruct rolling equipments. However, currently, because of the macroecnomic fiscal policy, the large demand to steel,coal,mineral or other resources does not exit any more. The demand for rolling transportation is decreasing, it directly affects the usage rate of rolling trucking. It will result that a great number of rolling trucks are being unused and bring great shocks to the rolling trucking manufacturing industry. Recently,the new wagons building market face a sharp decline in market orders, how to project quality management theory, methods and tools applied to new product development in the market, has become the Chinese rolling stock companies most pressing problems. This paper establishes a complete project quality management system, assurance and control measures on SC company longitudinal rail change wagon, to ensure the project quality management system operate effectively.First of all, this paper introduces the longitudinal rail car manufacturing project overview the first longitudinal rail change wagon manufacturing project overview, describes the project manufacturing management and schedule, and establish the project quality management system. Secondly, according to the project various basis of quality planning, set up the project objectives and the implementation of the proposed project and the corresponding quality planning. Thirdly, this paper state project quality assurance programs from aspects of Resource assurance, management assurance and technical assurance and also combining with longitudinal ail change wagon manufacturing project characteristics. Finally,base on establish and improve the longitudinal rail change wagon manufacturing project quality control mechanism, respectively discussed manufacturing process organization and quality control procedures, quality control points, quality control implementation, etc., finally proposed the project quality control measures.
