With the development of techniques, software has becoming more and more important in our life. Software quality is key to the development of software. How to produce software product of high quality. The key approach is to enhance software quality assurance and quality control.In this paper, the problem of software quality assurance and control baesd on requirement is discussed. It's on the basis of software deveolpment progress and customer's requirement and by utilizing the techniques of quality function deployment and statistical process control.First, we analyze the factors which affect software quality and introduce some common models of software quality factors. Then on the basis of the analysis of quality loss in the software devolopment process and according to the meaning of software quality assurance, a model of software quality assurance based on requirement is proposed. It is based on customer. You should master costomer's requirement with full attention and accuracy. At every stage of the software development progress, you should pay close attention to the requirement and the stage should be in connection with the quality factors.To further explain the usability of the model, some techiniques are analysed to insure the model can be well executed. Here the meathods of quality function deployment and statistical process control are applied and some positive analysis are presented.
