Fine Management Research Of Nanning Damingshan Scenic Area On Tourists' Satisfaction

Fine management is based on customer needs,is committed to improve the management efficiency and effectiveness,is the comparatively advanced management concept and management methods.In order to adapt to the tourism market demand,to better meet the demand of high quality,diversified tourism experience,this paper introduce the fine management of tourism scenic area management,so that the traveling scenic area management more scientific and effective.On relevant theories of tourist satisfaction,fine management were studied on the basis of the analysis of the satisfaction and the relationship between the traveling scenic area management,built the satisfaction evaluation index system,and made empirical research on Nanning Damingshan scenic area.By tourists,satisfaction,the questionnaire survey to collect data,using the correlation analysis to satisfaction and the relationship between the scenic area management,find satisfaction and there was a significant correlation between the scenic area management elements,to confirm the relationship between tourists' satisfaction and scenic area management is positively related.Combined with the analysis of survey data,using the IPA analysis and field investigation of tourism scenic area found seven problems existing in the tourism scenic area management process.Aimed at the problems of the scenic area,from a global perspective,to build Nanning Damingshan scenic area of fine management implementation way,complete the management level of scenic spots.The conclusion of this paper is:the tourist satisfaction and the scenic area management was positively related to relationship,research on tourist satisfaction can insight into the problems existing in the tourism scenic area management,and then to solve these problems to build Nanning Damingshan scenic area fine management way has a universal significance for other tourist scenic area of fine management.
