Research On The Operating Management Model Of Jinci Scenic Area

Scenic area is the core content of the development of cultural tourism industry, but also an important basis for culture and leisure tourism, under the vigorous development of the tourism industry in our country, scenic area has got rapid growth steadily and healthily. However, as opposed to the rapid development of the tourism industry, scenic area management model is not adapted to rapid growth tourism industry and slow development. A backward management mode, not only can not promote the development of scenic area, even destroy the tourism resources. Therefore, seeking a mode of operation and management conducive to the protection of scenic resources and the sustainable development has become a very important topic.This paper selects Jinci scenic area as the research object. Jinci scenic as the important tourism product of Taiyuan tourism, has made remarkable achievements. But in recent years, Jinci scenic management mode can not adapt to the new situation, which restricts the healthy and sustainable development of scenic areas. Therefore, for the protection and development of Jinci scenic resources, enhancing economic efficiency and promoting the sustainable development of scenic area, seeking a suitable Jinci scenic management models has certain practical significance.This thesis made full use of the modern management theory of China’s scenic area, adopted literature review, comparative analysis, field research, comprehensive analysis on Jinci scenic area operation and management model. This paper is divided by six parts:The first part, the thesis analyzes the background, purpose and significance, research review, research methodology and content. The second part, it introduced the management theory and the risk management of scenic area. The third part analyzes its external environment, to explore the most suitable for the best mode of Jinci scenic area management, through conduct a comprehensive analysis from four aspects of policy, economy, culture, technology about the macro, and management mode of the scenic area management at home and abroad are analyzed and compared about the industry environment. The fourth part, it analyzes Jinci scenic area management subject, management and operation of the status and the existing problems and reasons. The fifth part construct the new operation and management mode of Jinci scenic area-the" diversification" management mode, which uses a subject, mixed operation, integration of community participation, resource use patterns. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect through the research and analysis on Jinci scenic area, the thesis aims to providing reference to other similar scenic area operation and management on the innovation of management, through Further study of Jinci scenic area management pattern.
