As China's economy is continuously developing towards integration and cross region,the trade between different regions and different economies has become more and more frequent.In the economic development wave,China's retail chain industry is developing rapidly with the business scope expanding gradually.At the same time,foreign chain retail enterprises' entering China has made the retail industry competition very cruel.With the growing of the organization structure and the expanding of the branch area,the financial management requirements of efficiency,cost,quality and even accuracy is becoming more and more strict.But the status quo is quite the opposite.Improper over-size manage department,independent accounting system,more accounting subjects,too many financial staffs usually lead to long financial information collection feedback cycle,low quality,and distortion of accounting information.The traditional decentralized financial management mode gradually fails to keep up with the needs of the development of enterprises,and efficiency,cost and accuracy have become the factors that restrict the development of enterprises.The chain retail enterprises must keep improving their core competitiveness and base on the market for survival,which means financial management transformation is imperative.Enterprise managers all seek to reform various methods of financial management,and financial process reengineering has aroused widespread concern in the field of theory and practice by sharing mode.The theoretical analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods were used in this paper.Based on the domestic and foreign literature review,combined with the drawbacks of the current financial management mode,the characteristics and the advantages of sharing financial process remaking service model were analyzed.As far as the case enterprise concerned,the necessity and feasibility of shared services implementation of financial process reengineering were analyzed and the construction of financial shared service mode,the general idea,basic principles and objectives were proposed,and also the design financial process reengineering scheme were designed.This paper focused on describing the shared service system's organizational structure,job design,performance evaluation and financial process reengineering process,summing up the sharing service system construction and implementation of the key factors of financial process reengineering.This paper consisted of six chapters.The first chapter was the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research.The second chapter introduced the theoretical basis of the shared service model and the financial process reengineering.The third chapter introduced the current situation and problems of the financial management of G supermarket chain,and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of financial process reengineering.In the fourth chapter,the author put forward the scheme of constructing financial shared service mode.In the fifth chapter,the author made a concrete analysis of the accounts payable and the capital process reengineering.The sixth chapter was the conclusion and Prospect of the research.
