Research On The Evaluation Of Safety Production Training Program Of Power Supply Companies

In today's society,enterprises demand for high-quality talent is more and more urgent,high-quality talents on the one hand from the high educational background,on the other hand from the position of the continuous learning and training,learning and exercise way is often achieved through training.The purpose of the enterprise is to hope that through the staff's work will continue to transform the knowledge and skills into productivity and operating profit,so it requires employees to improve their comprehensive ability,better service for the enterprise.So enterprises need to develop staff training programs,so that employees can get more work skills and the new knowledge from the training,more job opportunities to practice,improve the ability of employees at the same time,promote the development of the enterprise.The power supply enterprise is a state monopoly industry,has the talent selection approach is complete,capital and talent intensive industries,so the power supply enterprise need reasonable and perfect training system,to realize the strategic guarantee to achieve the maximum.Through the evaluation of the safety production training program,the specific effect level of the training program can be achieved,including the achievements obtained in the training and the improvement of the training program.But the present situation is managers and not enough attention,led directly to the enterprise performance management is still not timely management philosophy and scientific evaluation method advanced into it,so that the role of performance management did not play out.Therefore,the performance management should also cause enough attention.This paper first expounds the theory of safety production training project,introduces the theory and method of training project evaluation,and builds the evaluation index system of the safety production training project of power supply enterprise.The index system is established according to the characteristics of the safety production training program.At the same time in detail for each index,this paper establishes four level two indexes according to the specific circumstances of the project safety production of power supply enterprises,which are the decision makers,trainers,trainees and resources and infrastructure,and thirteen level three indexes.In this paper the safety training project of power supply enterprises,according to the analysis method of fuzzy comprehensive analysis and AHP method combined with the comprehensive analysis of the project,calculate the weight of each index,and the performance of each index,finally get the evaluation results for the "good",and according to the evaluation result analyzes from the decision makers,trainers,training and the resources and infrastructure and other aspects,and puts forward the optimization scheme of the training program,and the level of training effect enhance all-round training project.
