The human resources management training becomes more and more important in current enterprise management, but our enterprise employee training mainly stay in the blind imitation and copy the foreign common practice. Therefor, it can not play a positive role in improving our employees' quality. In addition, due to the lack of a system of evaluation system, the employees do not have a cognitive system and their enthusiasm to participate in training is not high.Taking A company as an example, this paper studied the company's human resources training status through on-the-spot investigation. On the basis of questionnaire survey, we in-sighted into A company's staff training management problems and concluded the construction defect of the training system in A company, such as the lack of training needs analysis, short training time, low predictability in future career prospects training. We also pointed out the staff under the condition of positive incentives, is conducive to the implementation of A corporate employee training.Based on the above analysis of the situation, this paper fully absorbed predecessors' achievements in staff training, constructed "A company employee training system" based on AHP evaluation model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The module has carried on the detailed design of the four steps, and the training evaluation model was established based on the training process, the training before and after the training process dimension. Finally, this paper has obtained the good effect of evaluation.
