The ultimate cause of the accident should be hidden danger factors on human thought and behavior, especially for coal mining enterprises, safety should be the most important principle, so that employees from the depths of thought must recognize the importance of safety management, and further improve the level of safety skills, to achieve this goal, we should take a variety of ways to implement training for employees.
