| With the development of project management,engineering cost management into a new research field,the WBS work breakdown structure of this kind of project management tools were introduced in construction project management,in many of the major international engineering,began to demand that the project managers use WBS to supervise and control the project work breakdown structure,and for domestic engineering and technical personnel,with domestic engineering requires the use of the work breakdown structure of WBS for project management is very few,many technical staff also didn't understand the work breakdown structure is the basic concept of WBS,many enterprises have not prepare the work breakdown structure of WBS habit,I was aiming at this situation,to establish and work breakdown structure.In this paper,the concept of work breakdown structure,development process are introduced,the rules and regulations of according to the common practice of substation project,set up a substation project work breakdown structure,on the basis of the work breakdown structure through to the cost of the project,put forward the comprehensive unit price of the partial people,material,machine cost control means,realize the combination of cost control and organization body,the responsibility to specific units and individuals,to solve "San Chao" phenomenon in the project cost.Finally,500 kV substation project construction as the case analysis,based on the WBS for the whole substation project reasonable estimate of the cost,the cost of a segment for each phase of the cost of the cost to at the same time,some Suggestions on the control.Substation project work breakdown structure to establish in this paper,for the future research and application of work breakdown structure provides a platform,engineers can use the structure as a template,through the study of the increase or decrease of the work package to complete the establishment of the new work breakdown structure,improve the work efficiency. |
