The Research Of Transformer Substation Project Management About Dalian Power Supply Company

With the rapid development of Dalian economic and the enlargement of the construction scale of Substation in Dalian Power Supply Company,the transformer is facing even harder challenge.It has been an urge issue that how to improve the efficiency and quality of power station building in resource-limited conditions.In this paper,firstly,it analyses electric network of Dalian and problems of substation transformation management.And then using project management theory is put forward in allusion to the less of the transformer status quo of Dalian Power Supply Company. According to the management theory and methods of the project construction time, quality and cost,This paper makes a brief analysis on the renewing projects of power supply, points out its disadvantages,and then brings forward suggestions to solving the problem of safe,quality,cost,date of Dalian Power Supply Company.Finally,by integrating with the case of Dalian Power Supply Company Nanguanling substation project management brings forward suggestions to solving the problem of safe,quality,cost,date.
