Management Planning And Implementation Research On Jing River Substation Construction Project

The management of substation construction project is also a complicated systemic project, and it requires effective distribution, integration and management of resources in every respect and through the whole process. This paper plans the management system of Jing River 330kV Substation Construction Project to make the management of the project construction more planned and predictable and to avoid management risk effectively.And this paper set a system of management regulation and measures which are helpful to achieve the project target, improve economic and social benefits to ensure effectively the achievement of microcosmic project target,such as safety, cost, quality, and progress. The management experience accumulated and project management experience summarized may be used for reference in the management planning and implement of similar projects.
