Human resources are the foundation for enterprises to survive and develop.Many enterprises attach great importance to human resource management.With the rapid development of science and technology and the trend of economic globalization,more and more technology-based enterprises have emerged in China.These enterprises are also facing more and more competitive pressures in the market.Excellent talents have become the target of enterprises.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: “To use talents,the focus is on science and technology personnel,and a large number of scientific researchers are the main force of innovation.” Therefore,how to attract and retain more outstanding talents,especially science and technology talents,is particularly important for technology-based companies.How to maximize the utilization of human resources and how to combine human resource management with corporate strategy are the important issues that modern technology companies need to think about.Longzhan is a system integration service provider integrating data,voice,video,application software development,hardware procurement,website development and IT outsourcing services.As a technology-based small and micro enterprise,Longzhan currently faces serious human resource problems: human resource management lacks planning and correct understanding of strategic human resource management,single recruitment channel and the grasp of the content of training and the current situation of the company still needs to be strengthened.The problems in pay and performance are more serious.The performance appraisal system is imperfect,the remuneration system needs to be improved,and the promotion system needs to be strengthened.Therefore,Longjing Company urgently needs to develop an effective human resource management plan.Based on this background,this paper has carried out research on the strategic human resource management of Longzhan Company.Based on the combing anddiscussion of the concept of strategic human resource management and related theories,this paper combines the current situation of human resources management of Longzhan Company to find out the reasons for the current problems,and clarifies the future development strategy of Longzhan through internal and external environmental analysis methods.On the basis of this development strategy,it proposes program design and specific operational recommendations for improving the recruitment mechanism,training mechanism and performance and compensation mechanism.The results show that Longzhan's strategic human resources management plan needs to follow the principles of coordination,variability and people-oriented;identify recruitment needs in the recruitment mechanism and develop a standardized recruitment mechanism;and optimize training courses and training assessments in the training system;and improve performance management through secondary surveys in performance evaluation;and in the salary system,Longzhan's strategic human resources management plan also needs to carry out basic wage rationalization reform,humanized welfare system,individualized incentive measures,and medium-term and long-term incentive systems.
