With the continuous improvement of enterprise information,and Internet+ development,the domestic futures industry enterprises have given more and more high expatiation in IT service.All kinds of trading systems change rapidly,followed by the IT service management capabilities,which can help enterprises adapt to the new environment.Futures enterprise IT technology sector is not only the original equipment management information,to ensure that the enterprise business operations without interruption of the technical support department,but also be able to make the value for the enterprise.For the construction of IT service management system,the theory and practice of ITIL has been applied in all walks of life,all kinds of best practice guidelines provided by ITIL,but also provides reference model for many companies and enterprise IT service system construction.H company is also in the process of building IT service management system,and establish IT service system quickly refer to the ITIL and ITSS construction guidelines.The IT service department of the futures industry company H will be the research object,and try to seek through the research and analysis of H company in the information transformation process,and to improve the whole department and to the company’s IT quality of service,according to the standard of ITIL,and the ITSS service system construction guide.Based on the ITIL and ITSS in-depth study,the standard model reference given by ITIL,and the H Company’s demand for mining analysis,the development of the H Company system of services and IT service strategy,and service strategy has been converted and operated.In the process of service transformation,in order to meet the needs of IT service management of H Company,the existing organizational structure is reorganized.And through the corresponding process of IT services,to ensure the consistency and continuity of services provided,and ultimately achieve the goal of establishing a standard IT service management system.In order to solve the problem of high cost of operation and maintenance,this paper attempts to combine the front of the cloud platform solutions and SOC platform,and processes rebuilding,to build up the process,implementation,evaluation standards and implementation tools refer to the ITIL service architecture.Reduce the operation and maintenance of labor costs by the automatic operation and maintenance tools,and reduce the cost of operation caused by human factors.Finally,through the internal effective process control,stable IT service quality,thereby optimizing and reducing the total cost of operation,while improving the internal and external customer satisfaction.
