With the rapid development of information technology,various types of demands have emerged,among which artificial intelligence enterprises and related businesses have sprung up.At present,most enterprises in the artificial intelligence industry still have relatively extensive internal management work.Under the background of the industry with very fast development momentum,the enterprise's IT service management ability can't keep up with the pace of enterprise development.Therefore,it is more and more important to study the existing IT service management standards and apply them to artificial intelligence enterprises,and make appropriate adjustments according to industry characteristics and development stages.ITSS(Information Technology Service Standard)is a self-developed IT service standard library in China.It draws on ITIL,IS020000,COBIT and other advanced foreign IT service management systems,covering various types of IT services,such as operation and maintenance and service operations,IT.Service consulting and evaluation,system integration.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects.Firstly,a brief analysis of the current situation of IT service management in China is carried out.The purpose is to understand the specific situation of IT service management system construction at home and abroad.Then it will introduce the basic situation of the domestic ITSS service management system,focusing on the introduction of the ITSS system framework and its application in IT services.Through the introduction of the above two contents,it will have a comprehensive understanding of the current domestic IT service management standards.After that,this article focus on the analysis of X company,as a representative enterprise in the artificial intelligence industry,the current status of IT service management and related issues analysis.Then,according to the above-mentioned problems,through the element organization and methodology in the ITSS service management standard,the IT service management system conforming to the current state of enterprise development is customized.At the same time,the author is responsible for the operation manager of X company's IT service management process.A typical project was selected and implemented the abovementioned customized IT service management system,which has achieved a very positive impact.Effectively ensure the quality of project implementation and improve customer satisfaction.Effectively improve project efficiency,improve the comprehensive capabilities of project members,and bring IT service project management to a new level.Finally,the author summarizes how to implement ITSS in IT service management,and believes that in the future practice,it is still necessary to continuously summarize experience and improve the management framework.And the development of IT service management system is forecasted.
