Based on the research of enterprise production equipment management status and information resources operation and maintenance status.There is not a total assets life cycle management platform for all kinds of hardware and software equipment in the computer room.Information system maintenance engineer also need a platform to support the daily monitoring and operational.The construction of this system combines the resources of the whole life cycle management and operational requirements,provide a unified platform for clerk and manager to support related work.Function module of system mainly includes basic management and related business management.Resource management and resource monitoring are the two core content.Through the module of operational guidance and overhaul management operations,the management object now be managed much more standard,efficiently and safly.The overall system which is build on the platform of UAP,using JSP and Flex for front end design,using java for background can achieving data resource sharing and service convergence.The system also have a configurable platform of operational process and report management.During the design phase,this paper conducts the research from the data architecture,function construction and technology framework.It combines the business process,describes the implementation and relationship of each part.Finally,the paper describes the access and configuration of the network and information resource.Through business process and resources status linkage mechanism,system operation mode will be updated actual time.By interface development,data can be transferd among information resources system?business finance and equipment control system,management model of information resource and power grid equipment are unified.
