Enterprises human resource management is an important part of the strategic plan of the enterprises. But in the practice, especially with the economic integration of the world and the change of the inside and outside surroundings of the enterprises today, enterprises human resource management may encounter all kinds of crises at anytime, these crises will bring destructive strike to the organization. The human resource management crisis is one of them.The theories of the enterprises life cycle have put the development of the enterprises into different stages. Integrating with Addis theory on the enterprises life cycle, the determinants in each period of the life cycle are flexibility and self-control. In each period the manager must use six management functions: organization, style, strategy, staff, incentive and plan. This paper classified the enterprises life cycle in four stages, from start-up, through growth, maturity, and decline. It describes the different characteristics of each stage, and develops a human resource management model that commensurate to these different characteristics.This paper is based on research and analysis of the enterprises life cycle. By analyzing the major problems of enterprises human resource management in the different life cycle, this paper clarifies the forewarning of the crises of human resource management. Basing on it, the model of forewarning of crises of human resource management is constructed, and the two modules of information system and settle system of them are discussed. It hopes that which will promote human resource management to operate soundly and efficiently.
