The human resources are different with the producer goods resources or the subsistence means resources, it has unique characteristic and value, which is crucial to any enterprises for their continuous competition. Looking from the enterprise evolutionary process, enterprises have different requests in human resources during different development periods. Therefore different human resources management patterns were formed. Although many scholars have studied the human resources management at different period of the enterprise life cycle, they neither studied the different development phase of the enterprise life cycle, nor studied it based on the theory of human resources management pattern.Referring to the combined theory of enterprise life cycle and human resources management pattern, this paper takes the TWBM Company as an example, unifies the"four factor law"-the enterprise system: the enterprise culture, the business finance and the enterprise product to establish the enterprise achievements indicator system to locate the company's development period of its life cycle. This paper carried on an analysis to the current human resources management work of TWBM Company. Based on the analysis of the "four factors", this paper defines the company in mature stage.This paper described and commented the"All-staff management mode", and discovered the difficulties and restricts the human resources management faces, and proposed that the company should unify the enterprise inside and outside environment to establish the central human resources management pattern oriented by the enterprise strategy. Finally, the paper puts forward improvement methods and the specific methods based on human resource planning, recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms. Its application will play a powerful effect on power transformer equipment manufacturing firm.
