With the increasingly fierce market competition, the competition between enterprises is more and more intense, people as the most important resources, its management strategy directly determines the enterprise’s competitive advantage and the development trend of the future. The characteristics of each stage of the growth of the firm are different, directly determine the difference in strategic human resource management.This paper is based on the enterprise life cycle theory, expounds the different business development cycle characteristics and the strategy of human resource management, and then taking A Construction Engineering Limited company in Zhejiang province as the research object, on the development of A company phases, found that the current stage of A company is in a mature stage of development. Using the existing data, problems of human resource management in the start-up period, growing period, mature period appears are analyzed, and the reasons behind the problems and the methods of human resource management are explored, finally some suggestions about the management of human resources are provided to A company in the future development.
