Study On The Relationship Between Safety Culture And Enterprise's Safety Management Effectiveness

As companies rely only on hardware like production equipment,safety skills but cannot achieve the desired results in safety accident prevention,managers and scholars gradually pay more attention to the enterprise safety culture construction and research.Enterprise's safety culture makes effect on the individual by strengthening deeper cultural factors and subconscious and creating a different atmosphere and so on~which affects employees' working behaviors,quality of work and sense of security so as to improve the effectiveness of safety management.Firstly,through the study of literature,summarize the related research and findings at present on the safety management,safety culture efficiency of management,clarify the theoretical and practical significance of the study on safety culture and safety management effectiveness.Then,combine the relevant data collected from the preliminary investigations and interviews and the data collected in practice period in XX automotive for empirical research,use SPSS by principal component analysis method to extract the main variable factors to determine the main variables for the study on safety culture and safety management in XX motor case.In the end,based on the research results of the initial survey questionnaires,develop a questionnaire on the safety culture and enterprise's safety management effectiveness of XX motor.Collect data by using the method of structural equation model,modeling and analysis based on the empirical research to analyze the relationship between safety culture and safety management efficiency and determine the different influence path size,so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the enterprise's safety culture construction,accidents prevention,safe production management and employees' safe behaviors.
