Study On The Dimensions Verificationof Safety Culture Based On SEM

Enterprise safety culture construction is becoming an important means to improve enterprise safety performance. The enterprise build safety culture systematically to improve the overall quality of safety and get safety of human nature which can make up for the lack of safety management and safety technology. The safety culture is becoming a hot research direction, many scholars and some excellent enterprises begin to research definition and dimensions of enterprise safety culture with doing different things in both theory and practice. Due to the difference of industry background, research target and research method, the research can’t acquire the unified definition and dimensions of enterprise safety culture. On the premise of which the definition is not unified, the availability and reliability of dimensions need to be validated. So it is very necessary to build the universal and reliable dimensions of enterprise safety culture. Zhang Mengxuan, China University of Geosciences(Beijing), analyzed 68 domestic and foreign safety culture literature and determine the three dimensional structure of enterprise safety culture. On the basis of Zhang Mengxuan’s study, This paper continue to study the safety culture to put forward a reasonable method of dimension verification and establish the relationship between the dimensions of safety culture. Then put forward the corresponding measures to improve the safety culture of enterprises according to the results of the analysis. The major contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Through theoretical analysis and literature review of safety culture, determine the safety culture dimensions which adopt to this paper, and construct the effective model of the dimensions of safety culture, the model of safety culture definition, the relationship model of dimensions of safety culture on the basis of the dimensions and related theory.(2) According to the final dimensions of safety culture and the excellent safety culture questionnaire, a set of questionnaire survey regarding to this paper was compiled. After the release and the collection of questionnaire, do the statistical analysis and reliability analysis for collect data using software SPSS and determine the final questionnaire containing 3 dimensions and 36 items.(3) Simulate the high order model of the one level of the dimensions of safety culture, the model of safety culture definitions and the relationship model of dimensions by software AMOS 17.0. In addition to the high order model is not ideal, the other two models were fitted well, but the relationgship model has done more correction and has some different from the original hypothesis. The analysis results show that the dimensions of safety culture is effective, the most influence coefficients of the other dimensions is the security policy of the seven dimensions on two level of safety culture and the number of the dimension under its influence is largest, security policies and security procedures are second, and each dimension has influence on employee behavior.
