Study On The Reconstruction Of Safety Culture Of CGE Engineering Corporation Lit

Safety culture puts spirits, concepts, behaviors, and substance forms of safeproduction and safe living together. All of those are created in the safety activities ofhuman beings. Along with the development of society and the improvement ofcognition of life value, culture safety was born. The fact that safety culture has greatlyaffected and promoted the safe production of enterprises is the advancement oftraditional safety production management both in theory and in practice.China Zhonghua Geotechnical Engineering Corporation Lit. (CEG for short) haslots of problems in the course of construction, such as the staff are weak in safetyconcepts and safety consciousness, they are lack of safety techniques, andconstruction accidents frequently take place. In order to face the development ofsafety management and safety culture, aiming at the above problems, CEG carries onthe reshape project of safety culture, so that through the force of culture it can achievethe purpose of reducing accident production rate efficiently and improving staffqualities and economic benefits of the company.Based on the theories of safety culture home and abroad, in order to graspdetailed and accurate source material, this thesis uses half-quantitative safety cultureindex evaluation system to design investigative questionnaire, used for investigatingthe staff of CEG, and then does statistical computation and analysis of theinvestigative results. Finally, the result that the present safety culture condition ofCGE is 19 scores is obtained. In contrast with the safety culture level table, it can beseen that the present safety culture condition of CGE is located in Level 2, which is astage needing construction. Based on the results, this thesis proposes the goal ofreshaping safety culture system and designs safety culture model which can meet thedemands of CGE, by combining the safety culture model proposed by internationalnuclear safety consultation group and safety culture model of related specialists. Thesafety culture construction of CGE is done and evaluation system is executed by thisnewly designed model. The construction of safety culture is also a gradually perfectand improving process, which abides by the circulation of PDCA. Based on theculture situation of CGE, this thesis proposes a lot of measures used for furtherimprovement. The execution results are in contrast with the goals that are set up at thebeginning, so that the decision is made between further enhancing goals andimproving measures to go on carrying on the goals that haven't realized. The decisionis to promote the perfection of safety culture system, improve the staff qualities onand on, so that the highest level of safety culture, self-discipline perfection stage, isgradually achieved.Through the design of this thesis, on one side, related theories of safety culture,such as safety culture index evaluation system, safety culture model, etc. are applied,related theories are tested and improved, and some suggestions about the applicationof theories in practice are proposed;on the other side, through application of theories,improvement projects available to the company are designed, so that safety culturesystem of the company can be improved. In a word, this thesis achieves the purposeof both testing and improving theories and applying theories to practice to directpractice and enhance the practice of theories.
