Study On Profit Distribution Of E-commerce Distribution System Based On Terminal Service Level

The leaping development of e-commerce has brought logistics great development space,and promoting the service level of terminal distribution is the key to solve the problems of e-commerce logistics.The express companies and e-commerce enterprises have threw plenty of money into exploring the useful pattern of terminal distribution.However,the express companies and e-commerce enterprises have some problems such as blind investment,redundant construction and so on when they assign the agent sites of terminal distribution.In order to reduce the loss of marginal profit,the pattern of double outsourcing of e-commerce logistics has got spread.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the long-term development of this pattern,it is necessary to build the reasonable and fair pattern of income distribution to expand the profit space of members to solve the problems of terminal distribution.Based on the above research background,this paper lays special stress on studying the profit distribution problems of e-commerce logistics distribution system in order to provide reasonable and workable decision reference of the profit distribution problems of members.This paper firstly analyzes the operation processes of e-commerce logistics distribution qualitatively based on the development characteristics of e-commerce logistics,and builds the profit distribution principles of members and concrete influence factor according to the profit distribution theory.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes applicability of several terminal distribution patterns such as xiaomai commune,cainiao post,smart express cabinet and so on,and points out unreasonable matters of using fixed charge and charge per piece to make profit distribution.Then this paper studies the income situation of e-commerce logistics distribution system which is made up of one terminal site,one express company and one e-commerce enterprise when the logistics service demand is influenced by sales profit and logistics service level.This paper analyzes the formation requirement of optimal return through comparing the cooperative system pattern and uncooperative system pattern.The analysis shows that the terminal site set by e-commerce enterprises is workable and it can effectively increase the profit and customers' satisfaction.Meanwhile,the analysis shows that it is useful by introducing the service level compensation contract pattern,income sharing-service level compensation pattern,income sharing-cost sharing pattern to coordinate the profit distribution of members.The result shows that single service levelcompensation pattern can coordinate the logistics service level and demand.However,it may damage the interest of express companies and e-commerce enterprises and hardly realize a good distribution of profit.Nevertheless,the income sharing-service level compensation pattern and income sharing-cost sharing pattern can reasonably distribute the profit by setting proper compensation ratio and sharing ratio.When we have set the proper range of compensation ratio,sharing ratio and profit sharing ratio,we can use the Shapely value to calculate the accurate compensation ratio,sharing ratio and profit sharing ratio.At the end of this paper,it introduces the background of e-commerce logistics service and uses the concrete numerical example to demonstrate the effectiveness and rationality of profit distribution pattern.Meanwhile,it provides proper development proposals for e-commerce logistics from the angle of overall development,participant members and online shopping customers.
