With the high-speed development of B2 C E-commerce in our country, existing terminal distribution has been unable to meet the requirements of accuracy, timeliness, safety and reliability in commodity distribution with the characteristics of B2 C E-commerce activities is multi-item, small-lot and multi-batch.This article based on market segmentation theory, differentiated services theory, integrated logistics field theory and some other correlation theory, combined with the analysis result of questionnaire provides a new perspectives and new thought to solve the main problems of terminal distribution which is commonly known as “ last one kilometer” in B2 C E-commerce activity in our country currently. The paper firstly starting from the main mode of logistics distribution of B2 C E-commerce, to analyze the superiority and inferiority of the main mode which include self-run logistics model, third party logistics model and mixed logistics model in logistics links of existing B2 C E-commerce activity. Secondly, based on the above three logistics model, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional distribution model, self-taken model and UAV distribution model of terminal distribution. Finally, according to the analysis results, to point out the main problems of “ last one kilometer” in B2 C E-commerce activity, then in connection with the problems propose solutions such as to reconstruct interest community, to establish joint distribution center which is led by government and lead by industry, to utilize wireless terminal to build new information platform, or to perfect and normalize mode of community property collecting.
