With the rapid development of electronic commerce,people are increasingly inclined to the convenient way of online shopping.As a necessary part of people's daily life,fresh food is focused on the most electric platform.It needs to establish urban terminal distribution station around the consumer's residential area to quickly respond to consumer demand for fresh food,because of the perishable nature of fresh food,as well as the characteristics of the electric commercial distribution service on time.So how to choose the location of the distribution station is the main problem of the cold chain logistics companies to face.The factors that affect the location decision of the city distribution station,including the distance from the consumers,the number of distribution stations and the strategic distribution station are summed up in this paper by analyzing the characteristics of fresh food and electric business city logistics distribution,the influencing factors of the distribution station and the function of the distributor.Based on the factors and the distribution characteristics of the fresh food,the decision model of location selection use the minimum value of the sum of the freight volume and the product of the distribution distance of each distribution station as the objective function and constrains the distribution service range of each distribution station to shorten the delivery time to ensure the quality of fresh food.The model not only considers the economy of the location decision problem and the satisfaction of the consumers.The artificial immune algorithm with global search ability and strong robustness is chosen by considering the characteristic of the problem,when choosing the algorithm of solving the model.In the example analysis,choosing Weiyang District of Xi'an city as the research object,the calculation results are analyzed from each distribution station need to distribute the number of cells,the need for distribution of fresh food freight volume,as well as its economic and strategic point of view,through the different values of the number of distribution stations.The example proves the rationality and validity of the mode.
