It also research the diversification strategy transformation and upgrading with the internal and external environment changes of the growing competition in the surrounding port and operating pressure gradually increased, combined with the company's own reality. Company T should improve the terminal loading and unloading ability,extend the main business chain,try the pipeline transportation industry,carry out the logistics and financial business, upgrade diversified strategy structure. Through these multi-methods, Company T can reach the transformation.
