The fast development of the society and economy, and the changes in people's attitude towards and mode of life have brought about increasingly flourishing tourism market. For traditional scenic spots, this has not only brought about opportunities, but also posed challenges. Traditional scenic spots' management model and infrastructure cannot meet tourists' diversified demands any more. The development of smart tourism has satisfied not only the demand on transformation and upgrading of traditional scenic spots, but also the objective demand on the better and faster development of the tourism industry, could provide more diversified and valuable tourism products and more satisfying services for plentiful tourists, and thus enhance the overall management level of the tourism industry.This paper takes ZQ Scenic Spot as research object, carries out qualitative analysis on the current state of ZQ Scenic Spot's smart tourism management by means of literature research, interview and questionnaire, etc., in combination with relevant theories about tourism management and smart tourism, and from the aspects of attention degree, smart planning, capital input, talent training, etc., and brings forward the problems in the smart tourism management and development of ZQ Scenic Spot. On this basis, this paper brings forward constructive opinions on the smart tourism management and optimization of ZQ Scenic Spot. Precisely, this paper suggests ZQ Scenic Spot to develop special lectures on smart tourism in terms of cultivating employees' smart awareness, and carry out the management model of immersive experience of smart scenic spot; to prepare the construction architecture of smart scenic spot and list the present key works in smart construction in terms of smart tourism planning; to try out cooperative construction with operator or introduce social capital under BOT model in terms of the model of fund raising for innovation;and to start with new media marketing talents, individual service custom-making talents, smart scenic spot construction and management talents, and cross-border compound talents, etc. in terms of smart talents training.The research of this paper enriches relevant achievements of smart tourism management theoretically, provides a guarantee for the implementation of the plan for smart tourism management and optimization of ZQ Scenic Spot, and has certain guide and reference significance for other similar traditional scenic spots.
