More and more scholars gradually turn to pay attention to community and residents,take the community and residents as main body of tourism development,researching on community participation model,pay attention to the residents who were impacted by tourism,in order to provide references for the local government,the researches which in northwest area especially Xinjiang province have a little.This study take residents attitude towards Tourism Impact perception in Nalati Scenic Spot as example, base on the data of the questionnaire, analyze community participation model,the level of overall perception attitudes of the residents, the attitude differences of the different Demographic characteristics,residents participation type, the Community Participation of different attitudes residents and the relationship of attitude and behavior by adopting many methods such as descriptive statistics, K-Means Cluster and Correlation Analysis and so on. The following conclusions:(1)In the economic impact of tourism, promoted the development of local economy, brought jobs,increased income, improved traffic, water and electricity, communications and other infrastructure, attracting more foreign investment; residents agreed that tourism make traffic change is the biggest, and the attitudes and perceptions of the price of land rises on is inconsistent. In social impact, residents think that tourism development improve local visibility, enhance people’s sense of pride; most residents think that the gap between rich and poor has increased, even great increase; residents think the recreational opportunities increased slightly, but on this change of perception is not consistent. On the cultural influence, tourism development make the local dances increase, costumes and diet changes, increased frequency of residents to use Chinese to communicate with the outside world, the opportunity to increase, the inhabitants of these changes in the attitude to love. In terms of environmental impact, residents think that tourism development make the grassland get better protection, thought that crowded traffic condition has increased, but these changes in perceived attitude is not consistent; tourism development to increase local living garbage, noise and pollution of the rivers, the inhabitants of these changes in attitude for don’t like.(2)Residents of the area development of economic, social and cultural impact of a satisfactory attitude, especially for the local visibility as well as local cultural exchange with the outside world changes the most satisfaction, residents of the area development environmental impact (river pollution, garbage and noise) omitted a dissatisfied attitude. Further analysis found in different sex, in addition to residents of the attitudes of residents of no significant difference, different age, nationality, occupation and education level of residents on the attitudes of residents has the certain difference, expression is in:the older residents pay more attention to the environment (grassland destruction), and young people pay more attention to economic (Infrastructure) development of Kazak residents; perception culture (diet and clothing) changes greatly, and the changes in positive satisfaction attitude, Uygur perception" pasture protection" changes, and the changes that the most satisfactory in the tourism industry; residents’ perception of foreign investment to increase, the highest satisfaction, engaged in the tourism industry to residents and students perceived cultural (dance development larger changes, and changes) to positive satisfaction attitude; junior high school degree or above in the perception of residents in increasing employment opportunities, improving living standards, enhancing local pride, enhance visibility and increased cultural exchange with the outside world, the higher satisfaction.(3) the total residents attitudes differentiated into two categories:indifferent supporters and supporters of contradiction. Contradiction of indifferent supporters supporters than the high degree of participation in tourism, tourism development attitude more satisfied, more support. Residents on the tourism economic, social, cultural and environmental influence attitudes and participation in tourism related analysis shows, people involved in the tourism activity tendency and its economic benefits and social benefits are related to culture, to changes in environmental attitude, environmental awareness of the residents, more willing to participate in the tourism industry.The research results indicate that the residents participation in tourism as well as from tourism gains greatly influence the attitudes of residents, when the economic benefits to the few residents or developers, most of the residents can not find a way to share the benefit. Therefore, the government should increase the intensity of attention to community residents in this vulnerable group of interests, a fair share of the benefits of tourism.
