The Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)is a non-touching automatic identification technology and a new multi-disciplinary integration application technology.With the rapid development of internet of things(IOT),RFID as one of the key technologies also has been a new economic growth point and widely applied in industrial automation,business automation,transportation control management and many other fields.The thesis based on characteristic of warehouse management,focuses on the key technologies research about RFID application in warehouse logistics management and provides the total solution to successfully apply RFID to warehouse management.The main content and work are as follows:Firstly,this paper describes the basic theory,compositions,relevant RFID standard and storage structure of RFID tags.This paper presents a coding scheme of EPC for warehouse management in non-opened system.Compared Data-on-Network with Data-on-Tag,a integrated data storage model is built to realize data synchronism between Data Warehouse and online database.Besides,the new data model supports data query about the offline history data and online real-time data.Therefore,it's helpful to manage RFID information.Secondly,this paper puts forward a optimization method based on rough sets to increase RFID read rate.The proposed method is effective to filter data and reduce attributes of multiple affecting factors with the help of Genetic Algorithm(GA).Then the key influence factors and decision rules are obtained.The experiment results show that the optimization method can effectively reduce the incidence of misreading RFID tags,and as well as achieve to measure,predict and control performance of RFID system.Thirdly,the overall framework of warehouse management based on RFID technology is built with regard to three kinds of warehouse in this project.In the process to offer the total solution of the project,the paper presents to analyze the hardware and software structure and system functions.Then layout design and work flow analysis are linked to every warehouse including plane design,hardware equipment and all kinds of work flow,such as goods-in,goods-out,sorting and stock-tacking.Finally,this paper describes the development of RFID middle software,which meets demand of building RFID demonstration platform and is used to integrate RFID and Warehouse Management System(WMCS)together.On the background of AS/RS in Shanghai Jingxing Logistics Equipment company,it's used to test reliability and stability of the integrated WMCS in the way that monitors and manages the equipment operation,work scheme,job scheduling,operation process,operating change and so on.The experiment results show that the system improves the accuracy of storage information and implements the real-time automation of warehouse management.
