| With the rapid development of mobile Internet,Internet of Things,big data and other technologies in recent years,intelligent logistics and intelligent warehousing have become the focus of attention of enterprises in many industries.In such an industrial background,the links of procurement,sales,warehousing and logistics in the production and operation of enterprises are also gradually changing.The competition of enterprises no longer focuses on the improvement of service and quality,but the modernization level of warehousing and logistics has also become an important factor in the competition of enterprises.The importance of warehousing logistics in enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent,and it has developed into an essential link in the modern supply chain management chain.Traditional warehouse management is mainly completed by standard manual work.However,the disadvantages of manual work are not only reflected in the waste of labor force,but also the obvious lack of flexibility and low efficiency in the placement of goods,warehouse registration and regular inventory,and it is easy to make mistakes.In the face of this situation,it is necessary to introduce an information-based system platform to complete various tasks to improve storage efficiency.Because RFID technology not only has large data capacity,but also has the advantages of reusable,so its application in warehouse management decision-making can not only reduce the work burden of operators,but also reduce the occupation of warehouse capital flow,which is conducive to the acceleration of circulation speed and the improvement of reproduction efficiency.For enterprises,the reproduction time is not only closely related to the production time,but also closely related to the circulation time.Therefore,improving the efficiency of warehouse management can shorten the circulation time of materials and increase the turnover rate,so as to effectively shorten the reproduction time of enterprises and strengthen their competitiveness.In the process of research,this paper takes Foxconn as the main body of research,focuses on the current development status of its warehouse management,analyzes the shortcomings and defects in the current warehouse management,and then verifies the practical application effect of the technology in Foxconn’s finished product warehousing and its influence on the industry by introducing RFID technology as a feasibility exploration path.This paper first summarizes the research achievements of RFID technology in the field of storage management at home and abroad,and understands the current research achievements and application examples in various fields.Then,it relates to the efficiency bottleneck of supply chain management and storage management in the current manufacturing industry.Through field investigation and research of Foxconn,the representative of the typical manufacturing industry,Put forward the idea of RFID technology into the finished product warehouse,through a series of process observation and tracking,data sorting,and finally the use of RFID technology before and after the PPS capacity and human use data difference analysis,to prove the use of RFID technology optimization benefits.According to the results of the empirical study,it is extended to supply chain management in other industries,and the reference suggestions for future development are given.Due to the earlier research time and rich experience of foreign scholars in this field,this paper takes these experiences as the basis to explore the future development trend of the industry under the RFID technology,and analyzes its influence on the field of warehousing management by case analysis.In this paper,real enterprise cases are used to analyze the combination of theory and practice,so as to achieve the authenticity of the research. |
