With the development of China's financial market,the country has opened up its capital market and the competition between the domestic finance industries is intensifying.Traditional financial enterprise internal management system has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern financial industry,higher service quality,higher staff loyalty is the core of the development of financial enterprises.Employee satisfaction of enterprise determines the staffs personal work efficiency,indirect determines the quality of its services,providing the customers,which affects the enterprise the management situation.In this paper,the industrial and commercial bank of China Shaanxi branch company financial department staff as the research object,combined with the industrial and commercial bank of China Shaanxi branch company financial department's basic situation,in the form of questionnaire survey,from the employee's work environment and humanistic care,income levels,opportunities for advancement,work content,six aspects,such as investigation of human relationships,deep analysis of the influencing factors of corporate finance department employee satisfaction.Questionnaire statistical data,using SPSS analysis respectively from the mean,standard deviation,maximum,minimum this several aspects on the basis of an analysis of the data,the current situation of each dimension and the multi-item found the staff to work environment,training and incentives for examination and assessment of the three aspects of satisfaction is low.Combining with the industrial and commercial bank of China Shaanxi branch company of the actual situation of financial business department to work environment,training,growth and salary as the key,in order to improve the staff overall satisfaction as the goal,design a series of methods for improve employee satisfaction.Based on the investigation and analysis of employee satisfaction,the company's finance this article think we should improve employee satisfaction from five aspects:First,improve the welfare system and improve employee benefits.Second,first of all,establish a good relationship with colleagues,then establish a good working environment,the last is to give employees more resources to support.Third,provide the growth platform and opportunity for the employees,optimize the training mode and set up the reasonable employee promotion channel.The fourth focuses more on the deeper needs and ideas of employees,encouraging employees to explore more effective ways to encourage more innovative ideas.Fifth,establish different evaluation criteria according to different positions,improve the incentive mechanism and establish a sound incentive system.
