In the world economic environment continuous occurring in different degrees of change at the same time,the leading position in the technology how to obtain high market share or the use of high-tech new products and high efficiency of the industry,almost all of the organization's goal,and is now the organization managers and scholars are an important topic gradually deep exploration.After a long period of time,many scholars have found that organizational culture has a significant correlation with reducing employee turnover intention,and is the key factor for the organization to win in the competition.But so far,there is still no specific reason for the relationship to be completely consistent.This study is in the context of China's unique cultural influence,mainly to conduct in-depth investigation of the organization in our country,the purpose is to explore the impact of organizational culture on turnover intention.This paper establishes a model of the relationship between organizational culture and turnover intention,which is based on the organizational culture identification of employees,and chooses the empirical research method to study the relationship between the three variables.This study from six different parts to elaborate: the first part is tell the Institute big background,to achieve the goal,as the foundation of meaning;the second part is literature review detailed summary of three target variables and three target variables are related to each other;the third part is the measure of the three target variables;the fourth part is the reasonable assumption under established correlation model,the corresponding research hypothesis;the fifth part is an empirical analysis of the choice of method,the collected data were collected and analyzed by SPSS software to complete the verification,according to the theoretical assumptions associated with three variables is proposed,summarize according to the software and list showing the results;the sixth part is starting from the results of the fifth part,elaborated from the aspect of the actual application.It is pointed out that after careful analysis and conclusion,this study is as follows:(1)Each type of organizational culture has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.Especially the innovative organizational culture has the most obvious effect on turnover intention.(2)Each type of organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee organizational culture identity.Especially the innovative organizational culture has the most obvious effect on the staff's organizational culture identity.(3)The negative effect of organizational culture identification on turnover intention is obvious.(4)Employee organizational culture identity plays a part of the media effect between each type of organizational culture and turnover intention.After a series of summing up the analysis and summary,this study hopes to organize different level managers how to construct organizational culture,the key is how to effectively identify the construction staff organizational culture that provide specific direction,also hope to support relevant scholars and practical application to certain degree theory.Now,in all the relevant disciplinary organization culture extending within the area of domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research,but the research on the organizational culture is the study of how to play the value of this make the depth of theoretical information on this ongoing supplement,in order to guide the problem for users to solve actual direction.
