The progress of economy is closely related to the progress of companies,and the wastage rate of staff is high will inevitably lead to the rise of explicit and invisible costs of enterprises,especially the leaving of core staff will even make enterprises suffer heavy losses,and the turnover tide at the end of the year and the beginning of the year will have a greater impact on enterprises.It is especially urgent to find the factors affecting staff turnover and the methods to decrease labor turnover,so as to abate the enterprise cost,at the same time,boost enterprise progress.Although there are many influencing factors for employee turnover in practice,with the wide application of information technology and the impact of the epidemic in recent years,For one thing,The impact of information technology development and the outbreak accelerate the outsourcing,dispatching,flexible forms of employment is increasingly common,Under the new form of employment,staff identity difference is the most significant difference between the flexible employment staff and the formal staff of enterprises,for another,the interpenetration between work and family has broken through the original restrictions of working hours and physical space.Especially after the outbreak of the epidemic,it has become normal for employees to work at home.The work-family imbalance and work pressure faced by employees may become the factors of employee resignation.The proportion of identity differences and work-family imbalance affecting staff turnover has gradually increased.Therefore,This article tries to study the mechanism of identity and work-family relationship affecting staff resignation,so as to help employees improve their identity,balance work and family relationship,boost active work-family relationship,and reduce staff resignation.Academically,existing studies focus more on the impact of economic factors on employee turnover,and less on the role of identity in promoting employee stability.Identity is included in the study,hoping to reveal its internal mechanism in staff resignation.Due to rise of positive psychology scholars put forward the working families gain the research of this construct,explore more on the former,the result variables are studied,and the study of the regulating mechanism in the relatively less;Solve the problem of employee resignation,the policy of the enterprise organization and management activities will be more direct effects on employees’ behavior,so from the perspective of organizational level,In particular,it is more realistic and controllable to dispose of this issue from the visual angle of organizational backing.In summary,from the organizational level,this article draws the main conclusions through empirical research: POS will have an impact on turnover intention through identity;Work-family enrichment has a regulating action in the relationship between identity and the tendency to leave;It mediates the intermediary effect of POS on turnover tendency through identity;Among demographic factors,type of company,years of working in the company,and the state of marriage have no differences on perceived organizational support,identity,turnover intention,and work-family gain.Age has no difference in turnover intention and work-family gain,but has significant difference in organizational support and identity.Research contributions:(1)It expands the theoretical study of the pre-dependent variables and outcome variables of identity,enriches the theoretical cognition of employee turnover phenomenon at the micro level,and finds a new path for reducing employee tendency to leave;The research on work-family gain as a moderating variable is discussed,and the related research on work-family gain is expanded and improved,which is innovative to some extent.(2)Enterprises can adopt organizational support policies to strengthen perceived organizational support and employee identity,improve work-family gain,which is of great significance for decreasing staff resignation intention,decrease personnel leaving their jobs and stabilizing enterprise economy.
