With the rapid development of metro industry across the country,the metro industry is taking its development scale and its own distinctive features,and gradually form a highly developed potential of the emerging industry.In terms of remuneration,etc.,by the subway companies for the public interest oriented enterprise positioning,employee benefits in the middle of the state enterprises,the more general.Coupled with the subway industry is a high-risk industry,employees in the work environment and the responsibility of the pressure are large,staff training cycle is long,training costs are high,some ability,have high academic credentials lost more better prospects for personal development of employees,resulting in the staff is not very stable.According to statistics,until the end of 2015,China has the city's subway will reach 30,of which 19 cities in 2015 opened new lines or before the opening of the line based on increasing the extension line,the next few years more presenting momentum states.The rapid development of the subway,is bound to bring a new round of talent contest,beginning in 2015,Guangzhou,Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Tianjin and other Metro Enterprise Employees Turnover and 2013,2014 period compared to turnover number is on the rise.In this case,to ease the work pressure of employees,improve employee organizational culture identity,reduce turnover rate,has become a large number of subway enterprises have to face and solve the problem.The voluntary separation of staff directly affects the stability of the talents of subway enterprises,and increases the cost of human resources.How to through the good organization culture identity stimulate staff's enthusiasm and creativity and,dredge and ease the pressure on the staff,to reduce their turnover rate and improve the retention level is more modern subway enterprise should pay attention to the problem.The actual turnover of employees is generated in the intention of leaving,and the intention of turnover is closely related to the employee's organizational culture identity and work pressure.Therefore,understanding the influence of organizational culture identity on turnover intention will help to build the corresponding culture,better retain the talents and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.There are many studies different researchers industry employee turnover,shows that the employee organizational identification and job satisfaction,can have an impact on turnover intention,but look around the employee turnover intention research,less from the tissue culture identity this angle as a starting point.Therefore,this study focuses on the analysis of the management of personnel in the subway enterprises in China,through the introduction of organizational culture identification of the independent variables,the study of organizational culture identity on the impact of employee turnover intention.This paper adopts the method of empirical research.Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign relevant literature research on the basis of building a description of organizational culture identity,employee turnover intention research model of the relationship between.These conclusions will be used for reference in the subway enterprises to strengthen organizational culture construction,ease the pressure on the staff,reduce the turnover rate and so on.
