With the rapid development of economic society, more and more enterprises realize that human capital is the most fundamental of the advantage.How to choose the trait of employees, and how to reduce the new employee turnover, motivate staff to organize the conscientious, contribute to the enterprise is all kinds of enterprises and one of the hot topics. As the field of organizational behavior issues of concern, big five personality and locus personality is comparatively abundant research at home and abroad than proactive personality. And proactive personality once a dimension of organizational citizenship behavior, by scholars in the past two years, in order to study the proactive behavior of organizational citizenship behavior of the individual in the organization performance, so this article use the social exchange theory as the breakthrough point, inspection organization citizenship behavior all dimensions and turnover intention. At the same time, the research has a proactive personality of the individual in the enterprise on the organizational citizenship behavior and turnover tendency between the regulating effect of study in accordance with the "dimension of organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior-proactive personality-turnover intention that the path of the relationship between" build a theoretical model and research hypothesis.Combining with the new employee’s behavior, using the four dimensions on organizational citizenship behavior, and the scale factor analysis, get the final scale and questionnaire, and hubei province company under three years of working life as samples. Respectively to the maintenance organization, helping behavior and identity organization, the four dimensions and dutiful and proactive personality has carried on the empirical research on the relationship and turnover intention, has carried on the related data using SPSS21.0, test and hierarchical regression analysis of variance.Through empirical research, this paper got the following basic conclusion:(1) the four dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior namely maintenance organizations, helping behavior, identity and conscientious respectively are negatively related with turnover intention.(2) Through proactive personality on relation between helping behavior and turnover intention only significant adjustment, the adjustment for other dimensions are not significant.(3) At the same time according to the correlation analysis of control variables, it is concluded that monthly income of5000yuan of above and helping behavior, and identity organization, turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant correlation.In the conclusion, on the basis of some Suggestions:perfecting the enterprise human resources management system; To the new employee socialization; To carry out the follow-up management. The above results, and nearly two years of study abroad on proactive personality and helping behavior is close to, and provide certain theoretical reference for the research of proactive personality.
