Employee-Organizational relationship has an important impact on employee turnover behavior. For social exchange heory, employee-organizational relationship contains two major theoretical: Organizational Support Theory and Psychological Contract Theory.Firstly, in this paper, we found the entry point and raised the research significance and research framework.Secondly, through previous studies about Perceived Organizational Support, psychological contract theory, affective commitment, job involvement, organizational satisfaction and job satisfaction, we found many useful results. But some has deficiencies. So this paper presents research ideas: through research mutual influence between organizational support and psychological contract, we identify the inherent interrelationship between them. Combining the organizational support and the psychological contract, it will have a direct impact on staff turnover intention. Organizational support and psychological contract would have a indirectly impact on staff turnover intention though staff working attitude.Thirdly, the major steps of this paper is, through reading the collected literature, to think out of this preliminary study model and through testing the reliability, validity of pre-test questionnaire, to verificate and amend the questionnaire . At last, through collecting data and using SPSS 12.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data, we will obtain the conclusion of the study.The main conclusions are as follows: 1,Organizational support and psychological contract have mutualinfluence.2,Organizational support and psychological contract have a significantimpact on staff working attitude.3,Staff working attitude has a significant impact on staff turnoverintention.4,Organizational support and psychological contract have a directimpact on staff turnover intention.5,Organizational support and psychological contract would have aindirectly impact on staff turnover intention though staff workingattitude.
