The continuous advancement of financial reforms has changed the layout of the Bank of China.The original five state-owned commercial banks have occupied an oligarchic position and gradually developed towards a diversified commercial bank.They have formed large state-controlled commercial banks and city commercial banks.The situation of the simultaneous existence of national joint-stock commercial banks and foreign banks.In addition,the gradual changes in the market environment,interest rate liberalization and Internet finance have brought tremendous criticism to the five state-owned banks,making the market increasingly fierce,how to achieve the retention of talent resources,especially high-quality and high-quality employees.This is a realistic problem that state-owned commercial banks have to face.Therefore,scientifically and effectively completing the occupational and professional management of employees,improving human capital investment and long-term returns are the key ways for commercial banks to seek development and breakthrough bottlenecks.This paper takes the research on the career management and optimization of the grassroots employees of China's commercial banks as the research object under the new situation,and uses the X-bank Z-score behavior examples to collect the data and data collected by the theoretical knowledge and actual work,as well as the front-line personnel of the bank.Interviews,analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the internal infrastructure and human resources of commercial banks.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method is used to enumerate the opportunities and challenges faced by the frontline employees of the banking industry.The career development plan was analyzed and selected,and finally provided reference and suggestions for the career planning of the grassroots employees of X Bank Z Branch.
