With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the financial industry as the main body of state-owned commercial banks will face more and more fierce competition and challenges. In this context, as do most of the work tasks and important management functions of the basic level management personnel, development and progress in the enterprise is particularly important, therefore, do a good job occupation career management of this part of the staff, and create a better development platform and opportunity for its, has very important significance for the survival and development of enterprises.In this paper refer to the relevant literature, combined with enterprise specific work practice, analysis of the relevant theoretical research of the occupation career management, and the development status is reviewed, and then based on the present status of occupation career management of Agricultural Bank of China branch in Shaanxi province grass-roots management personnel as the research background, uses the relevant theories of the occupation career management, starting from the actual situation of the bank, has carried on the concrete analysis of the occupation career management of grass-roots management personnel and the existing problems. According to the analysis of field investigation and the results of the study, constructed the occupation career management system of the bank, and according to the characteristics and current situation of the grass-roots level managers, respectively, from the organizational level given the specific implementation measures, including the development of channel design, establishes the corresponding training system and put forward the implementation of succession planning. From the individual level and gives corresponding suggestions, including: self management, occupation career management by objectives and occupation career management etc. Finally, combined with the specific circumstances of the previous research results and the design of the occupation career management complete the implementation steps and specific methods of operation can be.In this paper, we hope to help the Agricultural Bank of China branch in Shaanxi province to improve the occupation career management of employees in a certain extent, effective management and bank management personnel occupation career development combine together, play a positive role in promoting the level of human resource management of the bank.
