Food as a material guarantee for human activities is also a necessity for people's lives.Food safety issues severely restrict the people's sense of well-being and reflect the comprehensive ability and management standards of the actual management of a country's government departments.In recent years,China's food-related safety issues have been exposed more frequently,and it can be found that the food problem has become more and more severe.This issue involves deeper levels and extents,which are not only directly related to people's bodies.The health problems will also have an immeasurable impact on China's economic development and social stability.As the end link of the food industry,the catering service link is directly related to consumers,and the food safety issues involved must not be ignored.In 2017,the Ministry of Health of China received a total of 348 reports of food poisoning through the public health incident management information system,with a total of 7389 cases reported and 140 deaths,accounting for 79.86% of the catering service units.Therefore,only by strengthening the comprehensive management of food safety in the catering service sector will it be possible to reduce the incidence of food safety incidents and effectively protect the safety of the public table.This paper takes the comprehensive management of catering service food safety as the starting point,and explores the challenges and practices in the exploration of catering service food safety society in Jiaojiang District of Taizhou City,and on this basis,some advanced practices have been carried out.Drawing on this,the paper proposes a way to build a catering service food safety social co-governance in Jiaojiang District,Taizhou City.Specifically,it is to strengthen the government's leading role,implement the responsibility of market entities,promote the coordinated management of non-governmental organizations,and guide the active participation of social supervision.
