The salary scheme has been used in Dadingzi mountain electric hub since 2010.Companies continue to grow stronger, society, economy, culture and environment have a lot of change and development, the current salary scheme already cannot satisfy the needs of employees and enterprise development, the establishment of the new compensation system is imminent. For the development of an effective and suitable for enterprise itself development,compensation system, not only can improve the enterprise compensation gap, also to promote enterprise development has the vital role.This paper introduces the major Dadingzi mountain electric hub system research background, purpose and research Dadingzi mountain practical significance. From two Angle elaborated domestic and foreign research on compensation system. In Dadingzi mountain electric hub staff functions, status, organizational structure and division of Dadingzi mountain the current salary system and distributed from salary structure,salary standard in this paper.Aiming at the current wage system, design the employee satisfaction survey. According to the survey, analyzes the Dadingzi mountain electric hub compensation management problems:one is the concept behind the lack of strategic; Second, the management way is not reasonable;Next it is the lack of fairness; Four is the lack of incentive system.For the reason of the problems in the salary system is not unilateral, but comprehensive,this chapter respectively according to different problems made a penetrating analysis of the multiple perspectives. Through comprehensive analysis of the problem, make the stage to the next step to establish compensation system. Combination on the basis of relevant theories,aiming at the root of the problem put forward countermeasures, establish effective compensation management system. First proposed the establishment of strategic compensation system on the idea of strategic compensation, made a Dadingzi mountain post value evaluation. Finally based on the research of the systematic compensation, designed the Dadingzi mountain wage structure system and performance salary system and reward system.
