With the rapid development of economy,the salary management of the company has gradually become the focus of attention of the human resources circles at home and abroad.Scientific salary management system can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,but also has far-reaching significance for the company's management and long-term development.Therefore,for modern companies,to establish a set of perfect salary system is the most important and urgent taken this context,from the perspective of modern salary management system,taking ZLM power plant as a sample,this paper studies its existing salary system and puts forward optimization scheme,in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the company.On the one hand,the concept connotation and development trend of corporate salary are clarified;On the other hand,it provides a theoretical basis for the design of this research framework.Based on the theory of comprehensive salary and broadband salary,this paper first studies the general situation of salary system of ZLM power plant,and finds that the salary system of ZLM power plant has some problems,such as low flexibility,unreasonable post coefficient and single way of salary growth mechanism,due to the reasons of rigid system,administrative intervention and lack of culture.Therefore,this paper thinks that the salary system of ZLM power plant should be optimized from the following aspects: changing the concept of salary,constructing the salary system,choosing the mixed salary strategy,designing the salary grade and constructing the model system.It also proposes to strengthen and publicize the salary reform plan,build the company culture guided by the post value and performance culture,and improve the human resource management quality of the relevant personnel of the company.It is expected to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme of the salary system,so as to make due contribution to the healthy development of the power company.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,focusing on the research background,significance,research methods and technical lines.The second chapter is related theories,such as competency model,broadband salary,including related concepts of salary.The third chapter is the status Present situation of the salary system of ZLM power plant,focusing on the main composition of the salary system of ZLM power plant.The fourth chapter is the problems and reasons of salary system in ZLM power plant.First of all,in the form of questionnaire,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of salary system in ZLM power plant,and sums up a series of problems such as low flexibility of salary design,egalitarianism,single incentive means,etc.then,it clarifies the reasons behind the formation of these problems,such as the reasons for the system of state-owned companies,weak awareness ofsalary incentives,etc.The fifth chapter is the optimization scheme of salary system in ZLM power plant.It puts forward the design goal,concept and strategy of salary system.Based on the evaluation of position value,it optimizes the salary of management sequence,technology sequence,production sequence and logistics sequence,and then constructs the competency weight system for each position sequence Pay increase mechanism.The sixth chapter is the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the salary system of ZLM power plant,such as the construction of corporate culture,the promotion of professional quality of relevant personnel,etc.The seventh chapter is the summary,summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the outlook for the follow-up research.
