With the development of economy and market competition,enterprises have gradually moved towards the reconstruction and transformation of marketization and modernization.The development of the overall environment has put forward new requirements for enterprise management and organizational capacity,business model,talents and product innovation.ZF group as a wholly state-owned enterprise,established in 2013,is the focus of the urban infrastructure construction and related financial business enterprise,has the good business foundation,and comes as the important node of strategic transformation,compensation system also needs to continuous innovation,and accelerate the transformation,the formation of its form a complete set of salary management system,the architecture and system,so as to attract,motivate and retain talent,promote the development of enterprise innovation,form a long-term competitive advantage.Based on the compensation system of ZF group optimization problem as the research object,and in compensation,compensation management,salary system design,salary survey,job evaluation,etc,on the basis of theoretical review based on ZF group development strategy and compensation system,combined with the compensation system of group staff satisfaction survey,think problems of ZF group is: limited external competitiveness,internal equity and satisfaction feeling low,incentives is relatively single,the flexibility of salary system co.,LTD.,etc.,that compensation system of ZF group optimization research has the necessity and feasibility.By writing seven job function specifications,combining with the job value evaluation,the author divided four first-level elements and 16 second-level elements by the method of factor counting,and scored the value evaluation of 46 positions in the group,and obtained the post value evaluation results of ZF group.According to the result of this assessment pay grade for divided into 5 grades and 32,together with the present situation of ZF group and the strategic development goals,breaking the original rank salary system,build the post and rank with the combination of the new pay system,namely ?-? five levels of compensation sequence combined with the base salary,performance salary,benefits,bonuses,long-term incentive compensation unit five comprehensive compensation system,combined with the salary survey,respectively designed ? levels-? managers and ?-? grass-roots staff salary calculation and performance evaluation and promotion mode.It can be found that the new compensation system solves the problems existing in the originalcompensation system like limited external competitiveness,internal equity and satisfaction feeling low,.
