Study On The Food Safety Of Government Regulation

Food is the foundation of human survival and development. Food security measures the quality of people's lives, the social management level and the important standard of the country legislative work, relateing the economic development and the social stability. In recent years, food security situation is not optimistic in our country. The high incidence of food safety not only do damage to person's health but also endanger the country's economic development, political stability and social stability directly. Under this situation, we should strengthen the research of government regulation on food safety, establish and improve the food safety system, implements an effective food security countermeasure. So that we can improve and promote national food safety management, reduce the incidence of food hazards, alleviate the pressure of the government and improve people's living standards.This article regarding the problems of the government food safety regulation.The utilization of Public Management Science, the Government Economic Regulation and other related theories and methods, combined with Food Safety Law to study government regulation on food safety. At first, this paper explains the core concept of food safety, government regulation, food safety regulaton, then analyses the theoretical basis of government food regulation and practical significance. Besides, it discourses the development and current status of food safety system, regulation laws, policies, regulation technology and social driving force in our nation, try to unearth the effects and defects of food safety regulation, integrate existing resources to propose a reasonable, workable suggestions and improvements for food safety regulation of our government and improve the situation of China's food safety management, in order to lay the stable foundation for the harmonious society.
