Research On Chinese Enterprises Invest In Indonesia Road And Bridge Infrastructure

Since China's "the Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy has been put forward,,China,with its geographical advantage to develop economic ties with the association of south-east Asian nations(ASEAN),and the road and bridge industry as the advantage industry in China,promoted the "going out" is China's first batch of key industries.Coincided with Indonesia new President with Joko Widodo,the full build "global Marine protection strategy" as the focus of the Indonesian government policy in the future,two strategy coincides with mine.Based on John.H.Dunning's theory of international production eclecticism and the comparative advantage investment theory of the Kiyoshi Kojima,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of China's investment in road and bridge facilities in China by means of literature analysis,statistical analysis and case analysis.The innovation of this paper is not limited to the analysis and elaboration of the problems faced by Chinese enterprises in investing in Indonesia's road and bridge infrastructure.This paper also attempts to discuss the advantages and potential opportunities of Chinese enterprises to invest in Indonesia's road and bridge infrastructure from the perspectives of China and Indonesia..problems,advantages and opportunities,as well as revelation five combination,the author puts forward some policy suggestionsFirstly,Based on the current research situation at domestic and abroad,this paper summarizes the research results of scholars from three aspects:the study of Chinese enterprises 'direct investment in ASEAN,the research of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Indonesia and the study of Indonesian road and bridge infrastructure.Secondly,Chinese enterprises to invest in Indonesia road and bridge facilities still faces many problems,On the one side,road and bridge technology quasi-level is not high,big cultural differences between in Indonesia and china,the lack of effective financing channel,management level is not high and the lack of professional talents and so on.On the other side,Indonesia national environmental political turbulence,corruption,weak legal framework,and severe lack of mutual trust between the two countries.These factors also hindered the pace of Chinese enterprises to invest in Indonesia's road and bridge project.Thirdly,the Chinese enterprises to invest in Indonesia's road and bridge industry with industrial advantages and policy advantages,and Indonesia's domestic infrastructure needs of large and Indonesia and China's strategic docking for Chinese enterprises also provides a good opportunity.Fourthly,through the analysis and summarization of the success stories and failures of Chinese enterprises investing in road and bridge infrastructure in the three cases of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project,Mexico high-speed rail project,Surabaya-Madura Bridge project,summed up the enlightenment of Chinese enterprises to invest in Indonesia's road and bridge infrastructure.Finally,through the above analysis and discussion,this paper from the government and enterprise two levels of targeted policy recommendations.Government:(1)the government should actively cooperate with China and Indonesia technical standards;(2)for enterprises to create a good financing loan environment;(3)to strengthen China and Indonesia at the national level of communication,paving the way for enterprises.And for Enterprise:(1)build road and bridge industry talent pool and strengthen the development of industrial core technology;(2)strengthen the "localization" of the enterprise culture management and training;(3)to make full use of the mechanism to get information and help;(4)strengthening the Indonesian country study.
