Research On Reverse Innovation Model Of High Tech Enterprises

In 2009,the reverse innovation has become a hot topic of discussion in the academic circles,the market also appeared a lot of reverse innovations.Since 21 Century,the rapid growth of the domestic economy has spawned a number of enterprises from the domestic market to the international market.Among them,China's high-tech industry in the emergence of a number of outstanding enterprises to enter the international market successfully.At present,the country vigorously implement the innovation driven strategy.So,it is of great practical significance to study the reverse innovation model of high-tech enterprises.This paper mainly studies the innovation cases of MINDRAY,Goldwind and HUAWEI three enterprises through the method of grounded analysis,in-depth excavation of the success of the dynamic mechanism,and refines the core influencing factors,so as to construct the theoretical model of high-tech enterprises innovation.In this paper,the history of enterprise development is divided into three stages:starting,growth and reverse.Grounded analysis stage,based on collecting data and information of multiple channels on the grounded analysis were conducted through three stages of the typical cases of domestic high-tech enterprises innovation,explores the innovation in the reverse model of domestic high-tech enterprises.The innovation model is composed of three different core categories.The core category of the three stages of initiation,growth and reverse corresponds to the entrepreneur's quality,innovation and market.In the concrete analysis,it is found that these three core categories play an important role in the three stages of reverse innovation,and they are different in different stages.Therefore,according to their different performance,the reverse innovation model of high-tech enterprise is constructed.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward the limitations of the model.At the same time,this paper puts forward some solutions to the limitations of the model,and points out the direction for future research.
